Event Details

The eighteenth conference of the Australian Near Infrared Spectroscopy Group (ANISG), co-hosted with the New Zealand Near Infrared Spectroscopy Society (NZNIRSS) will be held in April 2018 in the thermal geyserland district of Rotorua at the Novotel.

NIR technology users, researchers and students, with a common interest in NIR research, applications and developments, are invited to meet alongside major suppliers of NIR equipment and software, to share experiences centred on the versatility and value of NIR. Vendors will be present in an exhibition area at the conference.

Preceding the conference on Monday 9th April, Jim De Haseth will conduct a half day course on NIR Basics followed by a half day course presented by Brad Swarbrick on Chemometrics. A more advanced course on Monday the 9th April, will be presented by Jose Amigo, covering Hyperspectral Imaging. On Tuesday 10th April Anders Larsen will present a course on Sampling for NIR.

Confirmed speakers include Wouter Saeys, Jose Amigo Rubio, Sylvie Roussel and Anders Larsen.
